Todd and Maria Innes Todd, daughter of Judge Harry Innes, an early Frankfort settler and the first Judge of the United States Court for the District of Kentucky. Humphrey Marshall, the grandson of politician and historian Humphrey Marshall (1760-1841), was a politician, attorney, and Confederate general.
